Free BBQ Seminar for Future Legends Competitors
No Comments »Preparations for our 2010 Future Legends of BBQ Competition, being held on October 9th are underway! To help you prepare your team for competition, we are holding a FREE interactive BBQ seminar at Hubba Hubba Smokehouse on Saturday, August 28, 2010 from 8:30AM-11:30AM.
Join Starr Teel, Jim Tabb (founder of the Blue Ridge BBQ competition), KCBS judges, and other “experts” in the field, for a morning of information on topics including: smoke and fire, rubs and meat, and presentation tips for competition. We will have several different types of “live” cookers here for you to see.
We have just received word that our competition is now sanctioned by the Kansas City BBQ Society so our rules will be a little stricter this year! Prepare yourself and your team for competition by attending our seminar.
