Our very own Starr Teel is in the spotlight for the pilot episode of Appalachian Eats, a new series created by Pardee Hospital and Obsidian Collective. The series, filmed by Ben Carland, will focus on the local food movement in Western NC and Henderson County. Although the show will be coming to TV soon, you can take a sneak peek now.
