The local food movement is in full swing in the mountains of North Carolina and Hubba Hubba Smokehouse is proud to be featured in the pilot episode of a new series focusing on purchasing and cooking with local foods, “Appalachian Eats”. Working in conjunction with Pardee Hospital, Ben Carland and Obsidian Collective have plans to shoot several episodes of this new series and bring it to Public Television and other networks.
