Ribs submitted for judging:               2:45 p.m.

Judging begins:                                 3:00 p.m.

Award Ceremony:                              4:30 p.m.

Event closes:                                     5:00 p.m.

Barbeque Ball (Ticketed Event):        4:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
