Not to be confused with mayo based coleslaw, our vinegar slaw is a mix of green cabbage, shredded carrots, green onion, and red onion that marries in a vinegar dressing made from our vinegar sauce.
Served on top of all of our barbecue sandwiches, this slaw is cabbage that is sautéed with red onion, apple cider vinegar, chicken stock, salt & pepper and cumin seed until just al dente. It provides the perfect crunch and acidity to contrast with our tender rich and smokey meats!
